Bank Mandiri Disburses KUR Rp7.35 Trillion until February 2026
JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI) reported that as of February 2026, it had disbursed People's Business Loans (KUR) of IDR 7.35 trillion to 59,327 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) throughout Indonesia.
In addition, in terms of credit quality, Bank Mandiri's KUR portfolio is well maintained with a non-performing loan rate below 1 percent, reflecting the continued excellence in business management.
Bank Mandiri's Consumer Banking Director Saptari said his party continued to emphasize its commitment as a strategic partner of the government in strengthening the productive sector and encouraging sustainable people's economic growth.
Through the distribution of KUR, he conveyed that his party was actively providing wider access to capital for MSMEs as the backbone of the national economy, in line with the spirit of Serving with All Heart.
According to him, this step is in line with the government's focus on accelerating the people's economy which creates inclusive and sustainable economic growth, as well as expanding business opportunities and strengthening the foundation of the national economy.
He added that the realization was equivalent to 17.92 percent of Bank Mandiri's KUR target in 2026 of Rp. 41 trillion.
According to him, this distribution is a tangible proof of the synergy between the government, banking, and the business sector in accelerating people-based economic growth as part of the country's economic driving ecosystem.
"This KUR support is not only about financing, but also about empowerment. Through wider access to capital, we want to help MSMEs strengthen production capacity, expand employment, and improve competitiveness. This is the form of Synergy to Advance the State that we carry out sustainably," said Saptari in his official statement, Monday, March 30.
He continued, the distribution of KUR until February 2026 is dominated by the production sector with 61.83 percent or worth Rp. 4.54 trillion.
Of this amount, the agricultural sector as a driving force for national food security reached Rp. 2.21 trillion, the production services sector worth Rp. 1.65 trillion, the processing industry sector worth Rp. 568 billion, and the fisheries sector worth Rp. 107 billion.
Since the KUR program was launched by the government in 2008 until February 2026, the total accumulated disbursement of Bank Mandiri's KUR has reached IDR 310.59 trillion to 3.65 million debtors throughout Indonesia.
He said this low-interest credit has helped millions of business actors increase their business capacity and expand their markets.
In accelerating and maintaining the quality of KUR distribution, Saptari said Bank Mandiri also implemented an ecosystem-based financing approach from wholesale downstream customers that is oriented towards strengthening the flagship production sector in various regions.
Saptari conveyed through the closed-loop strategy, the synergy between wholesale customers, MSMEs, and business partners in one value chain is optimized to increase business efficiency and sustainability.
In addition, he added that Bank Mandiri is consistently serving the daily transaction needs and installment payments of KUR debtors through Mandiri Agents (Laku Pandai Mitra Bank Mandiri Agents) which are spread across various business ecosystems of UMKM actors.
Saptari said this program was accompanied by financial services education and digital literacy so that business actors could manage finances inclusively and modernly.
In the future, he said, Bank Mandiri is ready to support the government's efforts to accelerate the distribution of KUR in 2026. This commitment is carried out through the strengthening of ecosystem-based financing strategies, through synergy between the integrated Mandiri Group.
"With close collaboration with the government and the support of an increasingly mature digital ecosystem, we ensure that KUR can be channeled to the right target and have a real impact on the community. Strong MSMEs will create more jobs and become the foundation for food security and national welfare," he concluded.
