KPK reminds state officials: Immediately report LHKPN before the deadline of March 31!

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) reminded state administrators or those who must report to immediately submit the Periodic State Administrator Wealth Report (LHKPN) for the reporting year 2025 no later than March 31, 2026.

The reporting was carried out online through the official elhkpn.kpk.go.id website as a form of transparency of public officials' assets to the public.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo emphasized that this LHKPN reporting is self-assessment or self-assessment.

Therefore, full awareness and honesty are needed from every mandatory reporter to list all the wealth owned correctly and completely.

"The LHKPN reporting is self-assessment, so it is required that each state organizer or person obliged to report is aware of reporting their wealth honestly, correctly, and completely," said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta, Monday, March 30, 2026.

The KPK emphasized that the integrity of a public official begins with their openness regarding the origin of the wealth they possess.

Furthermore, the KPK asked the leadership of ministries, agencies, local governments, to state-owned and regional business entities to actively monitor their ranks.

The role of leadership is considered a key factor in encouraging compliance and building a culture of integrity in each institution.

The KPK hopes that the leadership will not only appeal, but ensure that all reporting obligations in their environment actually complete this obligation before the deadline expires.

Regarding the filling process, the KPK provides assistance services for state organizers who experience technical difficulties.

Those who are obliged to report can consult via email at elhkpn@kpk.go.id or contact the KPK call center at number 198.

After the report is submitted, the KPK team will conduct administrative verification first before the data is officially published on the e-LHKPN website.

Based on data as of March 26, 2026, a total of 87.83 percent or approximately 337,340 out of a total of 431,882 mandatory reports have submitted their reports.

The judicial sector was recorded as the most compliant with a 99.66 percent achievement, followed by the executive sector at 89.06 percent, and the SOEs/BUMD sector with a figure of 83.96 percent.

However, the KPK made a special note for the legislative sector whose compliance rate was only 55.14 percent. This figure is considered still needs to be pushed harder given the strategic role of the legislative institution in the functions of budgeting and oversight.

The KPK reminded that the example in reporting assets is very important for board members as representatives of the people who uphold the values of transparency.
