This deposit of money into the state treasury is the implementation of the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 485 K/Pid. Sus/2021 dated March 15, 2021 in conjunction with the Decision of the Corruption Court at the DKI Jakarta High Court Number: 30/PID.SUS-TPK/2020/PT DKI. "The implementation of this decision is by making a deposit to the state treasury in the form of looted money in the amount of Rp. 12.5 billion," said Acting Spokesperson for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, to reporters, Friday, May 4.

Ali Fikri said this was done as a form of returning assets from the corruption crime committed by Imam Nahrawi.

This was done after being convicted in a corruption case in the provision of Kemenpora grant funds to KONI and a gratuity of Rp. 8.3 billion.
