Domestic and Foreign Tourists are Enthusiastic to Visit IKN during Lebaran Holidays

Jakarta - During the Lebaran holiday, the Nusantara Capital Region (IKN) in East Kalimantan is crowded with domestic and foreign tourists. The high enthusiasm of the people who visit this also encourages the activity of the economy, especially for MSMEs and other business actors.

In a press statement, IKN Authority Spokesperson Troy Pantouw, at the IKN Central Government Core Area (KIPP), Saturday, March 28, explained that the IKN Authority has prepared complete and comfortable facilities for visiting communities.

Various interesting facilities and activities are available to provide a fun and informative experience. Along the KIPP Ceremonial Plaza, visitors can enjoy a variety of culinary options.

Starting from restaurants, cafes, mini markets, to tents and UMKM shops that serve various snacks, food, and drinks. Not only that, there is also an entertainment stage at Nusantara Park which features music and dance performances throughout the afternoon until the evening.

For people who want to know more about IKN, they can visit the Nusantara Information Center or the Nusantara Information Center in the Sentra Massa building.

The IKN Authority noted that as of March 24, 2026, the number of vehicles entering the IKN area reached 30,544 vehicles with a total number of visitors of 143,126 people.
