To provide the best service during the Lebaran Transportation period, KAI Daop 1 Jakarta has increased various services, including providing mobile customer service, adding cleaning staff at stations and on train journeys, increasing security with the support of the TNI/Polri, and providing Lebaran thematic facilities and child-friendly activities.

In addition, KAI presents various interesting programs for customers, such as the distribution of souvenirs for children, as well as various entertainment activities at stations to increase travel comfort, especially for families.

On the other hand, KAI Daop 1 Jakarta also ensures that the availability of seats is still sufficient to accommodate the needs of the community until the end of the Lebaran Transportation period.

Based on data, Franoto noted that there were still 138,049 seats available for departure until April 1, 2026.

To provide convenience and added value for customers, KAI presents the Silaturahmi Promo in the form of a 20 percent discount for executive class on 61 specific train trips with a departure period of up to April 1, 2026.

The promotion is expected to encourage the public to continue to choose trains as the main mode of transportation.

Customers can also take advantage of the government's stimulus program in the form of discounts of up to 30 percent for commercial economy class until the departure of the train on March 29, 2026, with the remaining availability of around 6 thousand seats in the Jakarta Daop 1 area.
