237 Women and More than 200 Children in Iran Killed in US-Israeli Attack

JAKARTA - Iranian authorities on Friday said 237 women and more than 200 children were killed in the past 25 days as a result of attacks launched by the United States and Israel.

According to figures released by the Government Information Center, the head of the Iranian Emergency Organization said the death toll included more than 200 people under the age of 18 and 237 women, quoted from Anadolu (23/7).

In addition, more than 4,000 women and 1,600 minors have been injured since the beginning of the war, he added.

The official said six emergency personnel had also died.

He reported significant damage to emergency infrastructure, including one air ambulance helicopter and 35 ambulances, while 49 emergency centers were attacked, including six that were completely destroyed.

It is known that the entire region has been on alert since the US and Israel launched a joint attack on Iran on February 28, which has so far killed more than 1,340 people, including the then Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

In response, the Mullah's State launched a wave of drone and missile attacks targeting Israel, Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf countries hosting US military assets, causing casualties and infrastructure damage and disrupting global markets and flights.
