TWICE's Chaeyoung Cancels Concert Due to Back Pain
JAKARTA - JYP Entertainment shared the latest news about TWICE's Chaeyoung who is said to be ill. Due to this condition, she did not follow TWICE's latest tour series which is currently running.
"When preparing to leave today, Chaeyoung suddenly had pain in her lower back this morning. She needs medical attention, so her departure was postponed," JYP Entertainment said on Thursday, March 26.
"He will undergo examinations and receive the necessary treatment," he said.
Chaeyoung also stayed in Korea for a while until her health improved. The agency also prioritizes the health of their artists before undergoing the predetermined schedule.
"The departure schedule will be determined based on the results of the examination and the development of his condition. We hope he can leave as soon as possible," said the agency.
"If there are changes in the schedule in the future, we will let fans know quickly through our social media. Please understand, even if Chaeyoung continues to perform, her appearance will be limited," JYP Entertainment explained.
The agency closed the question with, "We are sorry for worrying fans and waiting for his appearance. We will prioritize the artist's health and do our best to support his recovery."
Currently, TWICE is on the This Is For world tour which is entering the second part. The second part of the tour will take place in several cities in the United States, including Orlando, Charlotte, Boston, Chicago, and Detroit.
TWICE's concert tour will end in June in London this year.
