Netflix Ungkap Teaser Serial Kingdom: Ashin Of The North

JAKARTA - A spin-off will be presented by Netflix to welcome another story from the South Korean series, Kingdom.

Today, Friday, June 4th, a short teaser was shared with fans. Ashin, played by Jun Ji Hyun, holds a torch and tries to enter the cave.

On his way, Ashin finds various strange signs to mysterious plants that can resurrect the dead. As mentioned, Kingdom: Ashin of the North uncovers the origins of a plant that can resurrect the dead.

On the other hand, the plant triggers events in Joseon as well as Ashin, the woman everyone abandoned. The discovery of the plant became the beginning of a zombie outbreak that began to spread throughout the village.

This spin-off is directed by Kim Seong-hun and written by Kim Eun Hee where they worked on two Kingdom series. This time, Jun Ji Hyun will be the central character.

Previously, he stole attention with his appearance at the end of Kingdom 2. Besides Jun Ji Hyun, there were Kim Sia and Park Byung Eun.

Kingdom: Ashin of the North releases on Netflix on July 23. Check out the teaser below.
