Good News, Tower Company From The Djarum Group Owned By The Hartono Brothers Conglomerate Will Divide Rp1.4 Trillion Dividend
JAKARTA - PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) distributed cash dividends of up to Rp1.4 trillion. The plan has received the approval of shareholders in the GMS and EGMS held by the tower company from the Djarum Group, on Monday, May 31.
Citing information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, Friday, June 4, previously TOWR had distributed cash interim dividends to shareholders of Rp299 billion or Rp6 per share.
The remaining cash dividend to be distributed by TOWR is around Rp. 1.1 trillion or around Rp. 22.09 per share. Thus, the company owned by the conglomerate Hartono brothers distributed a total dividend of up to IDR 28.09 per share.
- The cash dividend of Rp 22.09 per share will be paid on June 18, 2021, following the complete schedule:
- Cum dividend in regular market & negotiation market: 9 June 2021
- Ex dividend on regular market & negotiated market: 10 June 2021
- Cum dividend on cash market: June 11, 2021
- Ex dividend on cash market: June 14, 2021
- Recording date: June 11, 2021
- Dividend payment: June 18, 2021
For your information, throughout 2020 TOWR posted a profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity of up to Rp2.83 trillion.
As for the use of net profit after deducting dividends, TOWR will be allocated for reserve funds. While the rest is recorded as retained earnings to increase working capital.
