Prabowo Hugs the People During the Open House at the Palace
JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto greeted, shook hands, and embraced the general public who attended the open house event at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta.
Prabowo arrived at the Presidential Palace around 15.00 WIB. He was wearing a white khaki shirt, black trousers, and a black turban.
The President's presence greeted the residents accompanied by his son Didit Hediprasetyo, who wore a blue koko shirt and a black turban.
When entering the event room, Prabowo immediately greeted and congratulated the people present on Eid al-Fitr. The public also welcomed him with great enthusiasm to shake hands with the President.
This moment of socializing was so memorable for the people who attended. In fact, some were seen crying and trying to hug the President.
In this social gathering, the President was also accompanied by the Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi and also the Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya.
The open house activity was attended by 4,000 to 5,000 people from noon to afternoon.
There are additional facilities in the form of tents outside the area to accommodate visitors if the capacity inside is full.
The event was also prepared with various food dishes, including Lebaran specialties such as ketupat. In addition, simple entertainment was also prepared for children who came with their families.
