Kasad General Maruli reminds that promotion must be a motivation for improving the quality of service
JAKARTA - The Chief of Staff of the Army (Kasad) General TNI Maruli Simanjuntak, M.Sc. emphasized that the promotion for the TNI AD Senior Officer (Pati) is a trust that must be accompanied by an increase in professionalism and performance. The affirmation was conveyed when he led the Report of the 28th Promotion of TNI AD Pati at the TNI AD Headquarters, Jakarta, Tuesday.
The activity is part of the training of soldiers' careers as well as a form of appreciation for the dedication, loyalty, and dedication of senior officers to the nation and state through the Indonesian Army. A total of 28 convicts who received a promotion consisted of officers who served both within and outside the TNI/TNI AD structure.
In his message, the Kasad emphasized that a promotion is not merely an award, but a responsibility that must be accounted for through better performance, integrity, and professionalism.
"This promotion should be a motivation to continue to improve the quality of service to the TNI AD, the nation, and the country," said Kasad, launching the information from the TNI AD Information Service (18/3).
A number of high-ranking officers who carried out the corps report include Lieutenant General TNI Ariyo Windutomo (Head of the Presidential Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia), Major General TNI Iwan Bambang Setiawan (Head of the TNI PMPP), Major General TNI Teguh Pudji Rahardjo (Wadan Sesko TNI), and Major General TNI Aulia Dwi Nasrullah (Kapuspen TNI).
In addition, the report was also carried out by the corps of Brigadier General TNI Hendri Sembiring (Dir D Bais TNI), Brigadier General TNI Leonardo Sebastian (Dir A Bais TNI), and Brigadier General TNI Honi Havana (Karo Humas, Data, and Information of the Coordinating Ministry of Law and Human Rights).
From the ranks of the TNI AD, the high-ranking officers who were promoted included Major General TNI IGBN Tedjasukma (Pa Sahli Tk. III Kasad for Energy Security, SDA and Environment), Major General TNI Mochamad Masrukin (Danpuspenerbad), and Major General TNI Ahmad Fikri Musmar (Pangdivif 1 Kostrad).
The activity was held solemnly and full of pride, reflecting the commitment of the Indonesian Army in maintaining professionalism and continuity of leadership in the Army environment. With the promotion, the senior officers are expected to continue to make the best contributions and be able to innovate in supporting the implementation of the main tasks of the Indonesian Army and the progress of their units.
