OIKN Opens Dozens of Destinations to Welcome Tourists during Lebaran Holidays
JAKARTA - The Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN) has opened dozens of interesting destinations in the Nusantara Central Government Core Area (KIPP) to welcome an estimated tens of thousands of tourists per day during the Lebaran (Eid al-Fitr) holiday 1447 Hijriah/2026 AD.
"A number of visitation routes, strategic points, and various supporting services are presented as part of the readiness of the IKN area to receive visits, as part of efforts to present an inclusive space that can be widely accessed," said OIKN Spokesperson Troy Pantouw, quoted by Antara.
Even in the midst of the construction process and the addition of facilities, his party still gives the opportunity for the public to come and see the development of Nusantara.
Moreover, this long holiday momentum is an opportunity for the public to get closer to Indonesia's future city, not only through information, but also through the direct experience of visiting the Nusantara region.
Meanwhile, dozens of points in KIPP Nusantara that are prepared for public access such as places of worship, office and residential areas, as well as various public spaces are opened as part of the visit experience.
"Several locations such as the Plaza Seremoni area, PSSI, Embung MBH, Glamping IKN, Sepaku Semoi Dam, Plaza Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, Kusuma Bangsa Park, the National Mosque, and various tourist destination spots around IKN," said Troy.
The area of the State Palace can even be an alternative destination that can be visited with certain capacity arrangements. Especially to enter the State Palace area, visitors are not allowed to wear sandals alias must wear shoes, are not allowed to wear shorts, T-shirts to sleeveless shirts.
To support mobility within the area, an electric _shuttle bus_ service is provided and will connect various strategic points in KIPP Nusantara.
This service is prepared to make it easier for people to explore the area without having to use private vehicles, while maintaining the smooth flow of movement within the area.
For people who want to park their vehicles, KIPP Nusantara provides a number of parking points spread across various strategic locations, including around the West Sumbu Roundabout, ASN 1 Dormitory, the left side of the Yudikatif Plaza Area, the East Sumbu Roundabout, Simpang Grande or Simpang Timur Plaza, the south side of Simpang Bank Indonesia, ASN 3 Dormitory Simpang Battery, to the exit area of the IKN State Mosque.
