KPK Public Information Service Remains Open During Nyepi and Idulfitri Holidays
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) ensures that public information services can still be accessed by the public during the Nyepi and Idulfitri 1447 Hijriah holidays. This condition is to anticipate the need for direct services in the field in certain situations.
"We will continue to provide public information services through digital channels. This is to ensure that the public can still access information without interruption," said Head of the Public Relations Bureau (Public Relations) as Information and Documentation Manager (PPID) KPK Yuyuk Andriati in a written statement, Wednesday, March 18.
During the national holiday period on March 18-24, 2026, Yuyuk said, the KPK adjusted its services by temporarily eliminating face-to-face services and optimizing electronic-based services. Including complaints that can be sent via email to informasi@kpk.go.id.
"The KPK Information and Complaints Service (PIP) team will also remain on standby if there is an urgent need, including in accommodating and channeling public aspirations, so that public service functions and information openness can run optimally," he said.
"Sustainability of public information access is an important part of efforts to build public trust in the KPK," continued Yuyuk.
Furthermore, Yuyuk hopes that the consistency of this information service can make the public keep monitoring the performance of the KPK institution even during long holidays.
"Ease of access to information is an important foundation in maintaining the transparency and accountability of institutions," he said.
"With the continued openness of this access, the KPK hopes that public participation in supporting efforts to eradicate corruption can continue to be maintained on an ongoing basis," concluded Yuyuk.
