Check the condition of the cable and plug visually to ensure that nothing is loose or damaged, and is in a safe position. Turn off lights and electrical equipment in unused rooms to make electricity use safer and more controlled. Especially for residents of Jakarta and its surroundings, you can also secure the condition and position of the cables and sockets so as not to endanger them," said Andy Adcha.
Andy Adcha added that electricity security for homes can be adjusted to the needs of each customer without having to turn off the entire electricity flow.
"Equipment that is really needed, such as refrigerators, can still be used. Meanwhile, other devices that are not necessary should be turned off so that the condition of the house is safer during the homecoming," said Andy Adcha.
PLN UID Jakarta Raya also reminds customers to use the PLN Mobile application as the official channel for electricity services. Through this application, customers can obtain information and report if there is a disruption, even if they are out of town.
