Delta Force National Championship Season 2 Officially Held, Here's the Schedule and Format

Garena Delta Force officially returns to present a national-level esports tournament, the Delta Force National Championship (DFNC) Season 2 which will take place from March 28 to April 12, 2026.

Unlike the first season which only competed in the Warfare mode, this time Garena also introduced the Operations mode in the DFNC S2 PC and Mobile tournament.

Winners from each mode on the PC platform will also receive a prize worth Rp80 million in tickets to compete in the global Delta Force tournament, the Pan-Pacific Warfare Cup (April 18-19, 2026) and the Pan Pacific Operations Cup (May 30-31, 2026).

Two-Mode Match Format at DFNC S2

Operations Mode: A total of 6 squads, each consisting of three players, will fight in a match that requires strategy, teamwork, and the courage to take risks.

Players must enter the battle area to search for various valuable equipment, survive from enemy threats, and successfully extract from the battlefield.

Warfare Mode: This mode presents a large-scale 20vs20 battle that brings together dozens of players in one match, creating an intense and strategic combat experience.

In Warfare mode, two teams will face off to dominate the battlefield through team coordination, mature tactics, and strong individual abilities.

DFNC Season 2 Schedule

DFNC Season 2 will take place through several stages of the match which starts from the qualifying round to the final. Each platform has a different schedule and format of the competition.

PC competition

The Warfare mode will be followed by 15 teams starting the competition from the Group Stage on March 28 - April 4, 2026 with a Best of 2 (BO2) format.

The best team will then advance to the Quarter Finals on April 5 and the Semifinals on April 11 with a Best of Three (BO3) format, before finally competing for the title at the Grand Final, April 12, 2026.

Meanwhile, in the Operations mode, the competition will be attended by 20 teams that have passed the Open Series and Campus Series qualification rounds which took place on March 28 - April 4, 2026.

The teams that qualify will compete in the Group Stage on April 5-25, 2026, looking for the 18 best teams to advance to the Swiss round on May 2-17, 2026.

Later, only the six best teams will compete in the Final round on May 23, 2026.

Mobile Competition

In the Mobile Warfare mode, 28 teams will start the match from the Group Stage which will be held on April 25-26, 2026 with a Best of 2 (BO2) format.

The best team then advanced to the Quarter Finals on May 3 and the Semifinals on May 9, before competing in the Grand Final on May 10, 2022.

Meanwhile, in the Mobile Operations mode, the competition will be attended by 96 teams that passed the Open Series and Campus Series qualification rounds which took place on March 28-29, 2026.

The qualifying teams will compete in the Group Stage, which will be held in stages from April 5-25, 2026. Only the six best teams will then compete in the Final Round, May 23, 2026.
