Anticipating the Surge in Transactions during Nyepi and Lebaran Holidays, Bank Raya Prepares Digital Services

JAKARTA - The long holiday moments of Nyepi 2026 and Idul Fitri 1447 H have the potential to increase community banking transaction activities, both for consumption needs and travel transactions such as e-wallet balance top-up and digital payments.

Seeing this trend, Bank Raya has prepared a number of services to ensure that customer transactions continue to run smoothly during the holiday period.

Bank Raya's Director of Digital and Operations Lukman Hakim said the company maintained service quality by optimizing the digital platform owned by the company.

Through the Raya application, customers can carry out various transactions, including bill payments and other daily transaction needs.

"Bank Raya ensures the readiness of services to maintain customer convenience, especially in the midst of increasing transaction needs during the long holiday period," said Lukman in an official statement.

In addition to digital applications, Bank Raya also provides Sapa Raya customer service which operates 24 hours a day through a call center and WhatsApp.

This service includes product information, handling transaction problems, to customer complaints.

In the period of 24 March 2026, several Community Branch Banks of Raya in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya will also remain operational with limited services.

For cash needs, customers can withdraw cash without a card through the Raya application on the BRI ATM network, ATM Bersama, BRILink Agent, and cash withdrawal service at Indomaret.

Bank Raya also activated an IT monitoring team to ensure that information technology systems continue to operate optimally during the holiday period.

The company also reminds customers to be vigilant against potential digital fraud, such as suspicious messages that ask for personal data or banking security codes.
