Ramadan Iftar Program - Tigalapan with Dompet Dhuafa South Sulawesi reaches 2,900 refugees in North Gaza

JAKARTA - In the midst of limited access to food and the ongoing humanitarian situation, as many as 2,900 refugees in North Gaza received Iftar meals through the Ramadan Iftar Program initiated by Tigalapan together with Dompet Dhuafa South Sulawesi.

The distribution of assistance was carried out on Saturday (15 March 2026 / 26 Ramadan 1447 H) at two main points, namely the Al-Fatimiyah Refugee Center and the Al-Insaniyah Refugee Center. This program presents hot iftar dishes in the form of rice with vegetables and meat which are distributed directly to refugees.

In the midst of limited conditions, the presence of decent breaking the fast food is an urgent need as well as a form of moral support for affected people. Distribution is carried out in coordination with field teams and local volunteers to ensure that assistance is received in a targeted manner.
