Buy Bus, Boat, and Airplane Tickets for Eid with One GoPay Application

JAKARTA - GoPay provides convenience for people who want to go home to their hometowns during Lebaran. Through the "Transport & Travel" feature on the GoPay application, users can now buy plane tickets, AKAP buses, and even ferries directly in one application.

Through this feature, users do not need to switch to another application because the entire process is integrated within the GoPay application.

Users can check the departure schedule, choose a seat, make a payment, and monitor the status of the order directly. This integration provides a simpler and more efficient ticket purchase experience, especially for people who are preparing for the homecoming trip.

Kelvin Timotius, Head of GoPay Wallet said, as part of the daily lives of Indonesian people, GoPay continues to strive to provide features that are relevant to user needs.

"One of them is the 'Transport & Travel' feature which allows users to buy intercity transportation tickets more practically through one GoPay application," he said in a written statement, Tuesday, March 16.

This feature is the result of an inter-company collaboration that integrates ticket purchase services into the GoPay application. Some of the partners involved include tiket.com for purchasing plane tickets, DAMRI and redBus for inter-city bus services between provinces (AKAP), and PELNI for crossing ship travel.

To access this feature, users can follow the following steps:

1. Open the GoPay application.2. On the main page, select "View All."3. Enter the "Transport & Travel" category and select the desired ticket purchase platform.4. Select the city of origin and destination.5. Specify the departure time, then make a payment without having to switch applications. Through integration with various travel platforms, GoPay provides easier access for people to plan their trips.
