TASPEN Emphasizes Commitment to Anti-Gratification Ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H

JAKARTA - Ahead of the celebration of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H, PT TASPEN (Persero) took firm steps in maintaining institutional integrity. This is done by appealing to all participants, business partners, and company colleagues not to give gifts, parcels, or parcels in any form to TASPEN personnel and subsidiaries.

This step is a tangible manifestation of TASPEN's commitment to strengthening good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance), and preventing potential conflicts of interest on this Eid day.

TASPEN Corporate Secretary Henra emphasized that this policy is in line with the implementation of ISO 37001: 2025 Anti-Bribery Management System which has been implemented by PT TASPEN (Persero) as part of the company's commitment to strengthening corporate governance and organizational integrity.

"We at TASPEN continue to consistently build a professional work culture and uphold integrity. Therefore, we ask for the cooperation of all stakeholders to support the spirit of 'Zero Gratification' by not giving any kind of gift before Eid al-Fitr," said Henra, in his statement, Tuesday, March 17.

Furthermore, TASPEN also invites the public and all stakeholders to play an active role in maintaining a transparent and accountable working environment. This commitment is part of TASPEN's efforts to implement the latest provisions related to gratification control as regulated in the Corruption Eradication Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2026 concerning Amendments to KPK Regulation Number 2 of 2019 concerning Gratification Reporting.

The regulation strengthens the reporting and control mechanisms for gratification to encourage more integrity and accountable governance. If the public finds that there are individuals from the TASPEN ranks who ask for or receive gifts or gratuities related to their positions, reports can be submitted through the Whistleblowing System (WBS) mechanism provided by the company.

Complaints can be submitted through several channels, including via the pengaduan@taspen.co.id email, SMS/WhatsApp 08111446666, and through the wbs.taspen.co.id website. All reporter identities are guaranteed confidentiality as a form of protection for reporters.

Throughout 2025, TASPEN has also implemented various initiatives to strengthen the culture of anti-corruption and gratification control, including through the implementation of anti-corruption socialization in the context of the World Anti-Corruption Day (HAKORDIA), Compliance Movie Day activities, socialization of Compliance Culture and Good Corporate Governance at the Head Office and Branch Offices, integrity e-learning programs, to internal digital campaigns that emphasize the application of the 5 NO principles (No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, No Luxurious Hospitality, No Conflict of Interest).

These various steps are part of TASPEN's ongoing efforts to build a transparent, accountable, and ethical work ecosystem.

Through this step, TASPEN hopes for support from all stakeholders to jointly create a clean, healthy, and free working environment from corruption, collusion, and nepotism. This effort is in line with the spirit of the Asta Cita of the President of the Republic of Indonesia in realizing a clean, integrated, and corruption-free government to improve people's welfare.

This commitment is also part of TASPEN's steps in strengthening the culture of corporate integrity while affirming its role as a Center of Excellence in the management of state apparatus social security, which always prioritizes good corporate governance and professional services for all participants.

In its implementation, TASPEN targets the realization of Zero Fraud in the company environment, so that the active participation of the community and stakeholders is needed to supervise and report if there are indications of integrity violations.
