Trump Denies Possibility of Israel Using Nuclear Weapons to Attack Iran

JAKARTA - US President Donald Trump has denied the possibility of Israel using nuclear weapons against Iran if the conflict in the Middle East escalates.

"Israel will never do that," Trump said in response to a question from reporters at a White House news conference on Tuesday, March 17 WIB, quoted by CNN.

Previously, one of Donald Trump's advisers, David Sacks, warned that the Israeli-US attack on Iran could escalate into a nuclear war.

Sack urged the US to immediately withdraw from the conflict that Israel started against Iran before the situation got worse.

"There are a lot of very scary scenarios about where this escalation could lead," Sacks said on the All-In podcast published Friday, March 13, 2026.
