Iran's IRGC starts targeting US business giants in the Middle East, asks its employees to evacuate
JAKARTA - The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has warned that it will launch an attack on a number of US-affiliated industrial companies in the Middle East or Gulf region in the coming hours.
"We warn the defeated American regime to evacuate all American industries in the region," said the IRGC spokesman in a message reported by Iran's Tasnim news agency on Monday, March 16 local time.
The IRGC also asked workers or residents who were around a number of the companies concerned to evacuate.
"And we ask the people in the areas around the industrial factories where Americans are shareholders to evacuate from the area so that they are not harmed," he continued.
The IRGC did not elaborate on which US companies were targeted.
However, last week the Tasnim news agency published a list of potential Iranian targets on Telegram that included the offices of tech giants such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Nvidia in the Gulf countries.
