17 Companies in Jakut Reported to Sudin Nakertransgi for Not Paying THR to Employees

JAKARTA - A total of 17 companies were reported to the North Jakarta City Government (Pemkot) through the North Jakarta Transmigration and Energy Manpower Sub-Department (Sudin Nakertransgi) on Monday, March 16, 2026.

"We have opened a THR complaint post for workers since March 5, 2026 and currently, there are 21 complaints from 17 companies in North Jakarta," said Kasudin Nakertransgi Jakarta Utara, Noviar Dinaryanti.

The 17 companies were reported by 21 complaints from their employees. Of the 21 complaints, 8 of them reported that employees were not given THR by the company.

Then 10 workers received THR not in accordance with the provisions, and 3 workers reported late payment of THR.

He ensured that all reports had been followed up. In fact, some of the companies that were reported had started paying THR obligations to their employees.

He appealed to workers not to hesitate to report if they find violations.

"We also ask that companies comply with applicable regulations so that industrial relations remain harmonious and workers' welfare is guaranteed," he said.
