As seen in the area of the City of Kuala Simpang, last weekend. Towards the time of breaking the fast, it seemed alive. Residents began to crowd the city center to find the meal to break the fast, ranging from fried foods, fresh drinks, to various food menus for takjil.

In addition to food traders, a number of clothing stores have also started to be crowded by residents who are preparing for the needs ahead of Eid al-Fitr. This increase in buying and selling activities is a sign of the recovery of people's lives after the disaster.

Monitoring at the location, a kebab trader was seen busy preparing orders for buyers who came to break the fast.

Meanwhile, Amrul Nazri, an Aceh coffee trader in the city of Kuala Simpang, said that the economic condition of the community after the flood had indeed made it difficult for traders. However, the presence of volunteers also helped revive activities at his stall.

On the other hand, the atmosphere of a number of mosques in Aceh Tamiang began to be less crowded towards the end of Ramadan, as residents began to focus on preparing for the needs of Eid al-Fitr. The large number of community activities ahead of Eid, is a sign that Aceh Tamiang is slowly recovering and returning to normal life after being hit by disasters.
