Danamon Announces Operational and Support Schedules for Customers Celebrating Nyepi and Idulfitri 1447 Hijriah

JAKARTA - PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk announced the operational schedule of a number of branch offices and support services for customer needs ahead of the long holiday period of Nyepi and Idulfitri 1447 Hijriah on March 18-24, 2026.

This schedule is based on the Joint Decree dated September 19, 2025 regarding National Holidays and Joint Holidays in 2026, which was issued by the Minister of Religion, the Minister of Manpower, and the Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB).

Eka Dinata, Branch Network Head of Danamon, explained that his party realized the importance of the smooth financial transactions of customers in the midst of the high mobility of Indonesian society during the long holiday period.

"For this reason, Danamon continues to strive to provide easy access to banking services for customers, both through branch offices that are still operating in limited capacity and through digital services such as D-Bank PRO which is available 24 hours. Danamon's operational services during the Nyepi and Idulfitri holidays are part of Danamon's commitment to ensure that customer transactions can continue to run optimally," he said in a written statement, Friday, March 13.

Danamon ensures that banking transaction needs are still met by opening branch offices with limited services during the long holiday period. On March 24, 2026, as many as 45 Danamon branches spread across various cities in Indonesia will operate in a limited manner.

During this limited operational period, Danamon will serve various banking needs, including opening/closing CASA accounts, opening/disbursing deposit accounts, cash deposits and withdrawals, book transfers, receipt of bills, Safe Deposit Box services, and tax deposits.

Danamon also continues to provide banking services and facilities to ensure that customers can continue to carry out financial transactions smoothly during the holiday period through the Danamon mobile banking application, namely D-Bank PRO.

In addition, customers can also transact through all Danamon ATMs in Indonesia which operate 24 hours a day, as well as through the ATM Bersama, Prima, and Alto networks throughout Indonesia. Customers can also contact Hello Danamon which will continue to operate as usual for 24 hours a day.
