President Prabowo Press Social Assistance, THR, and Ojol Bonus to Be Paid on Time Before Eid

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto asked for social assistance, THR, and holiday bonuses for online transportation workers to be disbursed in time before Eid al-Fitr. The directive was conveyed by Prabowo when he chaired a cabinet meeting at the State Palace.

During the meeting, Prabowo asked the Minister of Social Affairs to ensure that additional food assistance for 35 million beneficiary families from desil 1, 2, 3, and 4 runs well. He also asked that regular social assistance be disbursed on time.

"The Minister of Social Affairs assures that additional food assistance for 35 million beneficiary families in desil 1,2,3 and 4 is running well. Also, regular social assistance ensures that it can be timely," said Prabowo, Friday, March 13.

He also asked ministries and agencies to accelerate government priority spending that touches the community, including FLPP and self-help housing stimulus assistance.

For THR, Prabowo asked the Minister of Manpower, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Investment to ensure that the disbursement for all central and regional ASN is carried out on time. He also emphasized that the holiday bonus for online transportation workers, whose amount is set at Rp. 400 thousand to Rp. 1.6 million per person, actually reaches the recipient.

"Assure that what we determine must reach them, namely between Rp. 400 thousand to Rp. 1.6 million per person," he said.

The President also asked the Coordinating Minister for Food, the Minister of Trade, and the Minister of Agriculture to keep food supplies safe and prices under control. According to the President, in the midst of the crisis that has hit many countries, the economy must continue to run and the people must remain calm.

"The world is full of uncertainty, we see that crises have hit many countries, we deal with this crisis but the economy must run, the people must be calm," said Prabowo.

He emphasized that the government still has the strength and ability so that the wheels of life should not stop.
