BELIFT LAB Says Heeseung's Departure from ENHYPEN is the Best Solution

JAKARTA - Fans are still shocked by Heeseung's sudden departure from ENHYPEN. Moreover, he is the main vocalist who is relied on in the group, his departure invites many questions.

BELIFT LAB, ENHYPEN's music label, announced a decision regarding Heeseung on March 10. They said the idol would explore opportunities to pursue a solo career, leaving the group but without leaving the label.

In a recent statement, the label said this decision was the best solution for all parties.

"We concluded that allowing HEESEUNG to focus entirely on his career as a solo artist, rather than pursuing solo activities within the team, would be the most satisfying approach for ENHYPEN and HEESEUNG," said a label representative.

In the eyes of the label, Heeseung has a unique and different musicality from his groupmates. Therefore, they believe that a solo career is the answer.

"After these discussions, it became clear that HEESEUNG has his own distinctive musical vision and we decided to honor him," BELIFT continued.

Apart from that, ENGENE, the ENYHPEN fandom continues to urge the agency to annul the decision. They signed a petition so that Heeseung could have a solo career without having to leave ENHYPEN.
