Government Launches E-Learning and SPPG Financial Reporting Application

JAKARTA - The government through the National Nutrition Agency together with the Ministry of Finance launched the E-Learning Program for Financial Reporting in the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) and the SPPG Financial Reporting Application as an effort to strengthen governance and accountability for financial management in the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal Program.

This launch was carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 1 of 2004 concerning the State Treasury and a number of regulations of the Ministry of Finance, namely PMK Number 168/PMK.05/2015 as amended by PMK Number 173/PMK.05/2016 and PMK Number 132/PMK.05/2021 regarding government assistance spending at ministries/institutions.

This step confirms the government's commitment to ensuring that the management of state budgets is transparent and accountable, in line with the increasing coverage of beneficiaries of the national nutrition fulfillment program.

Currently, the nutrition fulfillment program reaches around 60 million beneficiaries served by around 23 thousand SPPGs spread throughout Indonesia.

The scope of this program is also accompanied by an increase in the allocation of state budgets, where in 2025, the initial budget allocated reached Rp. 71 trillion and increased through the Additional Budget (ABT) to Rp. 85 trillion.

Head of the National Nutrition Agency Dadan Hindayana emphasized that the amount of the budget was a mandate that must be managed responsibly.

"This fund is the people's money. In every rupiah, there is hope that the children of the nation will grow healthy, smart, and superior. Therefore, the principle of good governance is no longer an option, but an absolute obligation," he said in a statement, Thursday, March 13.

In its implementation, the financial management of the program refers to the Decree of the Head of the National Nutrition Agency Number 63 of 2025 which requires each SPPG to prepare a credible accountability report.

The report includes daily, weekly, and monthly reports as a form of transparency in the use of state budgets.

However, the government is aware that preparing financial reports in the field faces various challenges, especially with the number of SPPGs spread across various regions in Indonesia.

To overcome this, the National Nutrition Agency collaborates with the Financial Education and Training Agency (BPPK) and the Directorate General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance by presenting solutions through a digital learning platform.

Through the Ministry of Finance Learning Center (KLC) platform, SPPG managers can now access the e-learning program for preparing financial reports flexibly, anytime and anywhere.

In addition to the launch of e-learning, the government also introduced the SPPG Financial Reporting Application Version 04 which has been improved to support a more effective and accountable reporting process.

The application is designed to speed up the process of preparing financial statements, increase the accuracy and transparency of financial data, as well as strengthen the readiness of SPPG in facing audit examinations from the Main Inspectorate, BPKP, and BPK.

Through this momentum, the government encourages all SPPG personnel to increase competence in financial management and reporting.

"Make full use of this facility. Improve your competence. Don't make financial statements a burden, but as a protective shield in your work. With the right report, integrity is maintained and the sustainability of the nutrition of Indonesian children can be guaranteed," he said.

In addition, the government also expressed its appreciation to the Financial Education and Training Agency and the Directorate General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance for collaboration in strengthening the financial governance system of the national nutrition fulfillment program.

With a more modern, transparent, and easily accessible reporting system, the government hopes that the management of the nutrition fulfillment program budget can be more accountable and have a real impact on improving the quality of nutrition and the future of the Indonesian generation.
