BCA Sets Dividend Ratio of 72 Percent from Net Profit 2025
JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) through the annual general meeting of shareholders (RUPST) approved the determination of the dividend ratio of 72 percent of the 2025 fiscal year net profit, with a total cash dividend of Rp336 per share.
The cash dividend includes an interim dividend of Rp55 per share that the company has paid to shareholders on December 22, 2025, so that the remaining amount to be paid by the company is Rp281 per share.
BCA President Director Hendra Lembong, in a written statement in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Friday, March 13, conveyed that the results of the BCA RUPST decision today showed the company's commitment to always provide sustainable added value to shareholders.
"BCA always focuses on the fundamentals of the company's business, and steps forward prudently in 2026," said Hendra.
In addition to the decision on the amount of dividends, in the explanation of this agenda, the Board of Directors also informed that for the 2026 financial year, if financial conditions permit, the Board of Directors with the approval of the Board of Commissioners may distribute interim dividends three times in 2026, which is planned to be distributed per quarter. .
The same RUPST on the fifth event also approved the plan to buy back shares issued by the company (shares buyback) as much as Rp5 trillion.
In addition, the meeting discussed the confirmation of the end of the term of office and the appointment of members of the board of commissioners and directors.
RUPST expressed its appreciation to Cyrillus Harinowo for serving as independent commissioner and to Susanto for serving as director.
On the other hand, RUPST agreed to appoint David Formula as director, who had passed the fit and proper test of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

In terms of intermediation, BCA's total credit grew 7.7 percent year-on-year to Rp993 trillion as of December 2025. Meanwhile, in terms of fund mobilization, BCA's total third-party funds (DPK) grew 10.2 percent year-on-year to Rp1,249 trillion as of the end of December 2025.
