Pandji Pragiwaksono Does Not Answer a Number of Questions from Investigators Regarding Mens Rea

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya investigators are said to have encountered obstacles while examining Komika Pandji Pragiwaksono regarding the material for the performance titled Mens Rea. During the examination, Pandji did not answer a number of questions asked by investigators.

Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, said that this attitude was the right of the reported party in the examination process.

"There are several questions that were submitted that were not answered by the reporter, and that is the right of the person concerned," said Budi when confirmed, Thursday, March 12, 2026.

According to him, because there are a number of questions that have not been answered, investigators need to delve into the testimony of witnesses and other parties related to the case.

"So the investigators have to delve deeper into other witnesses and other parties," he said.

Budi also confirmed that one of the questions that Pandji did not answer was related to who wrote the Mens Rea performance material.

"Yes, that's right," he said briefly.

Currently, the case is still in the investigation stage. Investigators are still collecting information from various parties to investigate the allegations reported in the case.
