Nicole Kidman Opens Up for the First Time About Her Divorce from Keith Urban
JAKARTA - Actress Nicole Kidman spoke up for the first time about her separation from Keith Urban. She filed for divorce in September 2025 after two decades of marriage.
"I will always try to do what is good," Nicole Kidman told Variety.
"What I am grateful for is my family and continuing to go, like that. All the things I didn't discuss, I tried to settle in the assumption "We are a family" and that's what we will do," he said.
The 58-year-old actress also explained that her two children are growing up to face the separation between her and Keith Urban.
"My daughters who suddenly became women," said Nicole Kidman.
Kidman and Urban met in 2005 and married a year later. From the marriage, they were blessed with two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret.
Previously, he denied that 2025 was the year even though he had various acting projects. He felt that there were many things happening.
"Not last year. I was quiet. I had a lot of things going on. I was in my shell," Nicole Kidman said.
Nicole Kidman has filed for divorce from Keith Urban on the grounds that they have differences in the conflict they are facing. Their divorce was announced on January 6 and Kidman was granted custody of their two children.
Kidman and Urban also agreed that their children could live in Kidman's or Urban's place.
