President Prabowo Warns All State-Owned Enterprises and Directors

Jakarta - President Prabowo Subianto reminded all heads of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and the management of Danantara to not play around with financial reports.

This was conveyed by Prabowo at the one-year anniversary of Danantara, Wednesday, March 11.

In his speech, President Prabowo emphasized that he no longer wanted to receive reports that were manipulated or made just to please the leadership. According to him, such practices actually damage state-owned enterprise governance.

President Prabowo said the warning was delivered publicly because Danantara had a great responsibility in managing state wealth.

President Prabowo also emphasized that the management of state assets requires integrity and strong political will.
