Suzuki Presents 71 Ready Workshops for Eid 2026

JAKARTA - PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) presents the Suzuki Workshop Alert 2026 program, anticipating the surge in homecoming and return flows this Eid (2026). Suzuki Workshop Siaga is at a number of strategic points on the national homecoming route.

This initiative is part of Suzuki's ongoing commitment to strengthening after-sales services while giving customers who return home using their favorite vehicles to their hometowns a sense of security to welcome Eid al-Fitr 1447 H with their families.

The heavy traffic during the homecoming will be reflected in the survey of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia which estimates that as many as 143.91 million people will travel during Eid al-Fitr 2026.

Of this number, an estimated 76.24 million people are predicted to use private cars and 24.08 million people use motorbikes to various destinations. The peak of the homecoming flow is projected to occur on March 18, 2026, while the peak of the return flow is expected to take place on March 24, 2026.

The high enthusiasm of the community towards Eid homecoming must be accompanied by vehicle readiness, which is an important factor in supporting safety, comfort, and the smooth running of long-distance travel.

Asst to Aftersales Department Head of Service PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS), Hariadi, emphasized that Suzuki is present to provide support to travelers through the Suzuki Bengkel Siaga 2026 program to accompany loyal customers during the journey and ensure that the vehicle is in good condition.

"The potential for a spike in travelers this year certainly requires anticipatory steps. Our recommendation is to prepare vehicles before traveling will be more efficient in terms of cost and time. The existence of Suzuki Bengkel Siaga 2026 which will handle customer cars and motorcycles is a solution to create a sense of calm and safety, as well as supporting the smooth travel of families to their destinations," he said, in Jakarta, Wednesday, March 11.

Program to make it easier for customers

Suzuki presents the Suzuki Bengkel Siaga 2026 at 71 points spread across the main routes of Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan to Sulawesi during the period of 18-25 March 2026. The location of the service is determined based on the density of vehicle traffic and customer needs, so that customer access to official services remains easily accessible throughout the homecoming season.

"A total of 33 outlets operate 24 hours a day, while 28 outlets serve for 12 hours, and 10 two-wheeled outlets open at. This scheme gives customers flexibility to check vehicles, light service, and handle technical problems whenever needed," explained Hariadi.

Customers can take advantage of the general check-up for 23 items according to Suzuki standards, including braking systems, tires, oil and fluids, cooling systems, batteries, to safety components during the Suzuki Workshop Standby 2026 program. If there are problems, technicians will carry out repairs and replacement of spare parts according to procedures.

Extra service

As an additional protection, Suzuki also presents Halo Suzuki which is on duty 24 hours and Towing Car Assistance as part of the Suzuki Emergency Road Assistance (SERA) during the homecoming period. Customers can use the 'Suzuki Workshop Standby 2026' menu on the MySuzuki application to see the availability of promos, outlet locations, and the latest information regarding Suzuki Workshop Standby activities. Not only that, the live situation during the homecoming trip, workshop condition updates, and live support for consumers will also be informed through the instagram account of the suzuki workshop standby.

Apart from technical aspects, Suzuki also pays attention to customer comfort when servicing at standby workshop locations. Facilities such as a mosque, clean rest area, and free snack corner can be used by customers while waiting for vehicle maintenance.
