Iranian President Reveals How to End the War: Recognize Tehran's Rights, Pay Compensation, Guarantee to Stop Aggression
JAKARTA - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said the only way to end the conflict in the Middle East is to recognize Tehran's rights, pay compensation, and provide international guarantees that aggression will not be repeated.
"When talking to the leaders of Russia and Pakistan, I reiterated Iran's commitment to peace in the region," Pezeshkian said on X, as reported by Sputnik, Thursday, March 12.
"The only way to end this war - which was triggered by the Zionist regime and the US - is to recognize Iran's legitimate rights, pay compensation, and provide firm international guarantees against possible future aggression," he added.
Previously on February 28, the US and Israel began launching a series of brutal attacks on a number of targets inside Iran, including in Tehran, causing various damages and many casualties among civilians.
Iranian state television confirmed the death of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, as a result of the attack.
Iran then responded to the attack by launching missile attacks on Israeli territory and US military facilities in the Middle East.
