BCA Adjusts Branch Office Operational Schedule in the 2026 New Year and Eid Holidays Period

JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) adjusts the operational schedule of branch offices during the Nyepi and Idulfitri 2026 public holidays, following the public holiday schedule set by the government on March 18-24, 2026.

BCA President Director Hendra Lembong said his party was committed to maintaining the smooth operation and financial services for all customers during the period.

"We ensure that customers can still access various financial services from BCA through various channels using hybrid banking services," said Hendra in a written statement, quoted by Antara, in Jakarta, Thursday, March 12.

On March 19, 21, 22, and 23, 2026, all branch offices and weekend banking services will not operate. Meanwhile, BCA branch offices will resume normal operations on March 25, 2026.

Even so, on March 18, 20, and 24, 2026, BCA opened a number of branch offices which can be viewed in full on the page www.bca.co.id.

During limited operations, transactions that can be served by a branch include non-financial transactions at the customer service (CS) counter, including opening/closing accounts, changing data, replacing cards, registering facilities, and other non-financial transactions.

Then, financial transactions at teller counters, including deposits, withdrawals, book-keeping, fund transfers through BI-FAST, and others (clearing transactions, transfers through RTGS/SKNBI, and foreign exchange services cannot be served because BI is not operating).

Hendra said, the momentum of Nyepi and Idulfitri is identical with the increase in transaction activity. Therefore, the company responds to it with system readiness, network, and service channels so that customers can still transact safely and comfortably.

BCA provides 24-hour banking services that customers can use anytime through digital platforms such as myBCA, BCA mobile, and KlikBCA.

Customers who want to make deposits or withdrawals during this period can also use the cardless feature on myBCA and BCA mobile, so that transactions at ATMs can be done practically without a card.

People can also use various products on myBCA to make transactions easier, such as myBCA on Smartwatch, Rupiah Pocket, to the BagiBagi feature to share THR more easily.

BCA also appeals to all customers to always be careful of various types of fraud schemes in the name of BCA, especially during Nyepi and Idulfitri.
