Adobe Launches AI Assistant to Photoshop on Web and Mobile in Beta Version
Adobe is bringing an Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant to Photoshop. This AI feature is already accessible by Photoshop users on the web and mobile apps that are registered in the beta version.
This AI assistant is designed to simplify the editing process through simple natural language instructions. Users can instruct the AI to remove objects or people from photos simply by giving a text command.
In addition, this feature is able to adjust the lighting, change the color, to modify the background of the image instantly. Adobe also added a new feature called AI markup to this beta version update.
With AI markup, users can draw markers on the screen that refer to an object. Later, the AI assistant in Photoshop will change the object according to the user's scribbles or wishes.
For paid customers, Adobe provides unlimited image creation access until April 9. Meanwhile, users of the free version will get 20 quotas to produce images in the initial phase of the feature trial.
Adobe also announced that they had added Generative Fill to Firefly, a feature that was previously only available in Photoshop. With this tool, users can easily replace objects or expand the size of an image.
In addition, Firefly is now also equipped with a generative scaling feature and a one-click background removal tool. Both of these features are added to speed up the workflow of creators in editing high-quality media.
