"It is an honor for me to host my friend, the German Foreign Minister, @JoWadephul in Jerusalem," Saar wrote in his post of a photo with the German Foreign Minister.

The two are also scheduled to visit the site of the Iranian missile attack in Beit Shemesh. There, the German-Israeli Foreign Minister will meet with a number of victims' families.
"He is the first foreign minister to visit since Israel launched Operation 'Roaring Lion'. This reflects the strategic friendship between Israel and Germany," said Saar.
