Happy Ojol Drivers, BHR Cair, Can Buy Eid Necessities

Jakarta - The Eid Bonus (BHR) that has been set by the government brings blessings for online motorcycle taxi (ojol) drivers, ahead of Eid 2026. The policy of giving BHR has been running since Ramadan 2025.

Sujianto, a 38-year-old man who has been an ojol driver since 2015, admitted that he was very grateful to receive the BHR from the applier this year. The money will be used to buy milk for his child. This was conveyed in Jakarta, Tuesday, March 10.

He hopes that the BHR policy can continue for the welfare of driver partners. Sujianto thanked the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto for giving special attention to ojol driver partners.

Indra Pradana, another ojol driver, also felt helped by the BHR policy. Meanwhile, Wuru Apriyanto, another ojol driver aged 40, admitted that he would use the BHR funds to meet the needs ahead of Eid.

For information, the government has ensured BHR for ojol and courier drivers on Eid 2026. The amount is 25 percent of the average net income of driver partners over the past 12 months. Paid no later than H-7 Lebaran.

The total recipient reached 850 thousand driver partners. The total BHR from the app has increased significantly, from Rp. 110 billion in 2025 to Rp. 220 billion this year.
