Solo Focus, Heeseung Leaves ENHYPEN Today

JAKARTA - BELIFT LAB agency surprised the public with their latest announcement. Heeseung was declared out of the ENHYPEN group to focus on his solo career.

"BELIFT LAB considers many directions and goals for ENHYPEN's future. Through discussions with each member for the future they want, it became clear that Heeseung has his own musical vision and we respect him," BELIFT LAB said on Tuesday, March 10.

"Because of this, Heeseung will leave ENHYPEN and ENHYPEN will continue official activities as a six-member group," he said.

The agency explained that this decision was made after a long discussion with the members including Heeseung. They also knew the fans' response after this decision was released.

"However, we hope you understand that this decision was made for the future of ENHYPEN and Heeseung," BELIFT LAB said.

"Heeseung will prepare a solo album as a singer under BELIFT LAB," said BELIFT LAB regarding Heeseung's future plans.

"We ask for ENGENE's love and support in the future to support ENHYPEN and Heeseung as they begin their journey. Thank you," he said.

Heeseung is one of the participants in the I-Land event created by Mnet with HYBE. Seven members were selected as the official line-up for the group, namely Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Ni-Ki, Heeseung, Sunghoon and Sunoo.

ENHYPEN debuted in 2020 and has consistently released music for several years until this year. In early January, they released the album The Sin: Vanish.

In addition to the group, Heeseung also released a collaboration with ENHYPEN member Jake and rapper Flo RiDa in 2025.
