Iranian IRGC missile hits US military base in Iraqi Kurdistan

JAKARTA - The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said its attack hit a US army headquarters in Iraq.

Citing Cnbctv18.com, Tuesday, March 10, the US military headquarters is located at the Harir Air Base in Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq.

The IRGC said five missiles were launched at the US military target in Iraq.

Previously, the Iraqi government had understood the tensions in the northern Iraqi Kurdish region that had increased over the past few days.

Iraqi forces were then deployed to thicken the Iraqi border area with Iran on Tuesday, March 10 local time.
