Police Investigate Motive of Young Wife to Kill Husband in Tangerang

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Tangerang Police, Banten Police, is handling a murder case allegedly committed by a young wife with the initials EA (25) against her husband, Andi alias Joni (53) at Kapling Pinang RT/RW 02/03 Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency, Banten.

Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Kasatreskrim) of the Tangerang Police, Kompol Septa Badoyo said that currently the investigation team is deepening the case, both in the event and the motive for the alleged murder.

"We are still investigating this alleged murder case, so that the case will be clear," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, March 7.

Septa explained that the suspected perpetrator has also undergone an intensive examination at the Tangerang Police.

"Yes, please, we are still finding out what the actual event was," he said.

He also explained that the report of this alleged murder case was known from the report of the alleged perpetrator who at that time immediately surrendered to the investigation team.

Then, in response to this, the Inafis Satreskrim Polresta Tangerang team immediately carried out the crime scene (TKP) and evacuated the victim's body for an autopsy.

From the crime scene, he said, investigators secured a number of evidence and asked for information from a number of witnesses at the location of the case.

"Yes, we will conduct a crime scene investigation, we will convey the development," he said.

Previously, a young wife named EA (25), committed suicide by killing her husband named Andi alias Joni (53) at his residence in Kapling Pinang in RT/RW 02/03 Tigaraksa, Tangerang Regency, Banten.

EA, who is a young wife, dared to kill her husband using a sharp weapon until finally the victim died.
