Minister of Religion Nasaruddin Umar: Nuzulul Qur'an at the State Palace, Jakarta

Jakarta - Minister of Religion Nasaruddin Umar met with President Prabowo Subianto at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday, March 4.

Nasaruddin reported on the implementation of the Nuzulul Quran commemoration which was planned to take place at the State Palace, Jakarta. After meeting the President, to reporters Nasaruddin Umar also reported on the preparations for Lebaran which was adjacent to Nyepi Day.

Lebaran and Nyepi Day are known to be contrasting because at night of takbir, mosques chant takbir, different from Nyepi Day, especially in Bali. However, according to Nasaruddin, this has been communicated with religious figures in Bali.
