Two Women Fall from Motor After Crossing a Damaged Road in Koja Jakut

Two women riding a motorcycle fell after experiencing a jolt while speeding on Jalan Jampea, Koja, North Jakarta, Tuesday night, March 3, 2026.

It is suspected that the victim fell after his motorcycle tire was unbalanced while passing through a patch of damaged road due to uneven asphalt contours. The motorcycle then fell and fell.

"The woman who was riding a motorcycle suffered serious injuries, was taken to the hospital. Meanwhile, the woman who was riding suffered minor injuries," said Abdul Hakim (45), a resident of the area, Wednesday, April 4, 2026.

Although there were no casualties, the motorcycle driven by the victim was found to be severely damaged.

"The victim is still alive, taken to the hospital. But the motorcycle is damaged," he said.

Abdul said that the road condition was indeed bumpy so that many motorcyclists were almost unlucky before.

"The road is known to be bumpy and sometimes slippery because it is sandy," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Traffic Unit of the North Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Edy Wibowo, has not received a report regarding the traffic accident.

"If the incident last night with two female victims there is no report. In the Laka Unit for last night's incident there is no report," said AKP Edy when confirmed by VOI.
