Spain's Ngambek Ogah Supports US Attack on Iran, Trump Threatens to Break Trade Cooperation

JAKARTA - US President Donald Trump has a habit of threatening other countries that do not support his ambitions. This time it hit Spain, which was threatened with cutting trade cooperation with the US.

That's because Spain refused to allow the US military to use their bases for missions related to the attack on Iran.

"Spain is very bad," Trump told reporters when meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz on Wednesday, March 4, quoted by The Jerusalem Post.

Trump confirmed that he had contacted US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to "cut off all business" with Spain.

"We will cut off all trade with Spain. We don't want to have anything to do with Spain," Trump said.

A similar threat was also made to Britain if the European country did not cooperate with the US in attacking Iran.
