2NE1's Park Bom Admits to Being an Agency Black Sheep to Cover Sandara Park Case

JAKARTA - Park Bom 2NE1 shocked the public with her new post on Instagram. On Tuesday, March 3, she wrote a letter that was uploaded via social media.

"I'm careful because this case could be sensational, but I feel disturbed by the drug called Adderall. It's not a drug. I'm a patient with ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder)", wrote Park Bom in the letter.

"Sandara Park was arrested in a drug case and to cover it up, made Park Bom a drug addict. I hope Yang Hyun Suk (founder of YG Entertainment), Teddy (music producer) and Lee Chae Rin (CL 2NE1) stop reporting to the authorities that Park Bom took drugs beyond the prescribed dose, a drug that he has not consumed for almost 30 years," he continued.

Sandara Park's side denied the writing and called it "groundless". Park Bom has been vacant since August 2025 due to her health condition.

ADD is a neurological developmental disorder that makes it difficult for sufferers to focus, while Adderall is a drug used for ADD sufferers. Although the drug is listed in the United States, this drug is banned in Korea.

The reason is that one of the ingredients of Adderall is amphetamine which is said to increase concentration and is nicknamed as a "study drug"

In 2010, Park Bom became controversial after it was rumored that she had sent Adderall drugs in Korea without the approval of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Prosecutors ended the charges after confirming that the drug was used for medical needs.

Even so, Park Bom received criticism because the drug and her agency at that time did not try to protect the comments and criticism that circulated.

Park Bom and Sandara Park had a reunion for the 2NE1 tour which took place in several countries throughout 2025.
