Sharing Goodness with the Community, Bank Mandiri Region V/Jakarta 3 Holds Fasting, Allowance, and Circumcision Program
JAKARTA - In the spirit of Ramadan 1447 Hijriah, Bank Mandiri held a Buka Puasa Bersama and Orphan Children Allowance activity in Region V/Jakarta 3. This activity is part of the series of Bank Mandiri's Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programs which are in line with the spirit of "Appreciate the Moment of Blessings by Sharing Goodness" in presenting sustainable social benefits for the community, as well as reflecting Mandiri's commitment to Serve with All Heart.
Through this initiative, Bank Mandiri emphasizes its role as a strategic partner of the government in supporting social development, as well as strengthening the bond between companies, employees, and communities around the operational area. The momentum of Ramadan is used as a space to strengthen the values of empathy, togetherness, and social concern.
The activity was attended directly by the Director of Commercial Banking Bank Mandiri Totok Priyambodo, Bank Mandiri President Commissioner Zulkifli Zaini, Bank Mandiri Independent Commissioner Mia Amiati, SEVP Corporate Banking 1 Bank Mandiri Eny Kurniasih Mukarromah, and Regional CEO Bank Mandiri Region V/Jakarta 3 Midian Samosir. On this occasion, Totok conveyed that Ramadan is a strategic momentum for companies to strengthen social solidarity through concrete actions that provide direct and sustainable benefits for the community.

In addition to the fasting together activity, Bank Mandiri also distributes compensation to the surrounding community as a tangible form of social concern. The assistance is distributed in various forms, including school supplies packages, health packages, and social packages aimed at supporting the basic needs of beneficiaries.
As part of a series of sharing kindness, Bank Mandiri also held a free circumcision activity for children around the company's operational area. This initiative is part of Bank Mandiri's commitment to supporting public health and providing tangible benefits that are felt directly by the surrounding community.
The activities of breaking the fast together, giving compensation, and holding free circumcision are part of a series of social initiatives of Bank Mandiri which are consistently carried out in various operational areas. Through an integrated and sustainable approach, Bank Mandiri not only focuses on providing banking services, but also actively contributes to building social values and strengthening togetherness in the community.
Overall, through the Mandiri Sharing Goodness program, the Mandiri Group has distributed assistance to more than 114,000 beneficiaries throughout the month of Ramadan. Including 3,480 total beneficiaries in Region 5/Jakarta 3 which includes South Jakarta, Depok, and Bogor through the provision of school supplies for orphans, health vitamin packages for the elderly, to other support needed for the community around the Bank Mandiri operational area.
Not only that, to complement the spirit of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, Bank Mandiri again presents a homecoming program together as a form of commitment in supporting the smooth travel of the community to their hometowns. This year, Bank Mandiri has prepared free homecoming facilities with 80 destination cities that can be followed by the public.
