Sharing in Ramadan, PAN Holds Free Homecoming to Cheap Market

JAKARTA - The National Mandate Party (PAN) held various social activities in the month of Ramadan this year. Among them, free homecoming, cheap market, competition for students, and distribution of Eid allowance (THR) online.

"The holy month of Ramadan is certainly a month that teaches us to continue to share, increase our empathy, help each other, and get together. This direction is also in line with what was conveyed by the Chairman of the PAN, Mr. Zulkifli Hasan, he asked all PAN cadres, especially members of the DPR from the PAN faction to increase social awareness in the holy month of Ramadan," said Waketum PAN Putri Zulkifli Hasan at the PAN DPP Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 3.

"We are instructed to go directly to the people, help the people, do what is close, what is real, the benefits are felt directly by the community," continued the Chairman of the PAN Faction of the DPR RI.

Putri explained that the first program that PAN will hold nationally and simultaneously is PANsar Murah. Namely, the program is to buy cheap basic necessities.

"Well with this program, we certainly hope to alleviate the community's needs related to basic necessities. So later, for example, there is a basic necessities package worth Rp. 150,000, worth Rp. 200,000, but later the community will just redeem it cheaply. The redemption is Rp. 10,000, some redeem Rp. 20,000, it will be different in each region," he explained.

Putri said that this program was carried out simultaneously by 48 members of the PAN faction DPR, so that it would distribute tens of thousands of food packages from Aceh to Papua. "And this program is already running," he said.

Second, there is a Mudik Ceria program with PAN which will be held on March 15, 2026 at the DPR RI building. The departure of free homecoming participants will use buses and trains. "Those who use the bus will target Java and Sumatra, 8 provinces, approximately 29 regencies and cities," he said.

"Alhamdulillah yesterday we opened the registration for 2 hours only, the quota was exhausted, thousands of quotas. This indicates that alhamdulillah means the enthusiasm of the community is very high, and now the committee is having a meeting and in the future, God willing, we can open additional quotas for friends who have not received tickets to be able to go home for free, happy, safe, comfortable, healthy, peaceful with the National Mandate Party," continued Putri.

In addition to free homecoming and cheap markets, PAN also held a religious competition titled PANDAI with prizes of tens of millions of rupiah. In essence, Putri hopes that in the Holy Month of Ramadan, the National Mandate Party can really be close, useful, and directly felt by the community.

"We also open the competition to the whole of Indonesia. For those who want to register, please register to the PAN region in each region, yes, the prize is tens of millions of rupiah," said Putri.

Regarding the technical aspects of this PANDAI event, member of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the PAN Faction Edison Sitorus explained that the program will be attended by high school and equivalent students from across Indonesia. The event will take place at the PAN DPW-DPW.

"Which later in the DPW-DPW will hold a smart and careful race, where later after there is a smart and careful race in the DPW-DPW in all of Indonesia, the top three will be taken. After that it will be held in Jakarta or at the DPP and later the best in the region will be selected again at the DPP to get the main champion one, the main champion two, the main champion three, the hope of two, the hope of one," explained Edison.

"Later for students who can be champions, they will get surprise gifts from our General Chairman, Mr. Chairman Zulkifli," he added.
