GoTo Disburse IDR 100 Billion for BHR 2026, 400 Thousand Gojek Partners Receive Bonuses
JAKARTA - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk is committed to distributing the 2026 Religious Holiday Bonus (BHR) to Gojek two-wheeled and four-wheeled driver partners, and is committed to maintaining good service quality to customers.
This year, GoTo allocated a budget of Rp. 100-110 billion, an increase of two times compared to 2025 of Rp. 50 billion for BHR partners. Meanwhile, GoTo BHR this year will be received by 400,000 partners on each platform.
Hans Patuwo, President Director/CEO of GoTo said that BHR is not only a form of financial support, but also a manifestation of the spirit of kinship that we always take care of at GoTo.
"With this spirit, we channel BHR as a form of appreciation for GoTo for the contribution of partners in maintaining the quality and reliability of services to customers in the last 12 months, while still considering the company's ability," said Hans.
In addition to the increased allocation of funds, for the category with the lowest nominal, the amount of BHR also increased by 3-4 times, from the previous Rp50,000 in 2025, to now Rp150,000 for two-wheeled partners and Rp200,000 for four-wheeled partners this year.
In determining the recipients, GoTo continues to focus on the principle of balance based on the category/level of Driver Partners as stated in the Gojek Driver Application (partner application) so that the distribution process is carried out transparently and accountable.

The level of use of the Gojek platform as the main or additional source of income (measured by online hours) Quality of service (measured by the level of acceptance and completion of orders)The following is the distribution of BHR recipients:
Champion Partner: Partners who make the Gojek platform their main source of income (high productivity) and provide good service quality.
Mitra Juara will be divided into six categories based on the frequency of becoming a 'Mitra Juara' in the past year (between 1 to 12 times).
Key Partners: Partners who make the Gojek platform as an additional/side income source (moderate productivity) and provide good service quality.
The Main Partner will be divided into three categories based on the frequency of becoming a 'Main Partner' in the past year (between 1 to 12 times).
Hopeful Partner: A partner who makes the Gojek platform a source of occasional income (low productivity) or a partner who has a fairly high order acceptance and completion rate.
Hope Partners who have been a 'Champion Partner' at least once in the last 12 months, or Hope Partners who have been a 'Reliable Partner' at least once in the last 12 months.
Two-wheel Mitra will receive a range of BHR amounts ranging from IDR 150,000 to IDR 900,000, while four-wheel Mitra will receive a range of BHR amounts ranging from IDR 200,000 to IDR 1,600,000.
BHR will be distributed to Partners through GoPay Mitra balance starting from March 4 - 6, 2026.
