Banten Ministry of Finance Representative Disburses Rp2.62 Trillion in Regional Transfer Funds
SERANG - The representative of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) One Regional Banten reported that he had disbursed Regional Transfer (TKD) funds of Rp. 2.62 trillion as of January 31, 2026.
This realization reached 17.58 percent of the target, above the national average realization of 13.8 percent.
Head of the Banten Regional Office of the Ministry of Finance, Lisbon Sirait, in Serang, Saturday, stated that the performance of the distribution of TKD had experienced growth of 9.23 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.
"The distribution of TKD which reached Rp. 2.62 trillion was dominated by positive growth in the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Non-Physical DAK. However, for the Village Fund and Physical DAK there has been no realization because it is still waiting for the issuance of technical instructions (juknis)," he said.
In addition to the TKD, Lisbon explained that the overall state spending performance in Banten grew significantly by 10.5 percent with a realization of 12.54 percent or above the national realization of 5.9 percent.
"In terms of spending by Ministries/Institutions (K/L), the realization was recorded at Rp. 343.58 billion or 3.93 percent," he said.
This growth in K/L spending was supported by employee spending which reached 5.53 percent, which was triggered by the addition of PPK and ASN/TNI/Polri personnel in several institutions. In addition, capital expenditure showed a significant acceleration at the beginning of the year with a 2.51 percent achievement, far exceeding the national average of 0.4 percent.
However, on the revenue side, Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP) in the Banten region experienced a contraction of 13.15 percent with a realization of 6.35 percent. This PNBP performance is still supported by revenue from land services, port services, and education and health services.
Regarding grant income, Lisbon noted that there were four grants received by vertical work units in Banten with a total value of IDR 1.346 billion. The grant funds were allocated to support work programs at the Ministry of Defense and the Indonesian National Police (Polri).
Closing his statement, Lisbon explained that the TKD fund plays a vital role in the Banten APBD structure, where its contribution reaches 79.34 percent of the total regional revenue as of January 2026. Although regional revenue grew 4.63 percent, regional spending was still contracted by 7.89 percent.
