"This search was led directly by the Special Criminal Affairs Assistant (Aspidsus) of the North Kalimantan Regional Prosecutor's Office, Samiaji Zakaria. The search targeted a number of strategic offices related to licensing and management of the mining sector in the area," said Andi, Friday, February 27.

He emphasized that the investigation process is still ongoing and does not rule out the possibility of further examination of related parties based on the results of the development of evidence obtained by investigators.

"The development of the case will be periodically conveyed to the public according to the stages of the investigation. Investigators to date are still exploring the role of each party and the legal construction of the case to ensure that the handling of the case is in accordance with the provisions of the law," he said.
