RedDoorz Launches RedPilot, Accelerates Hotel Operational Digitization

JAKARTA - RedDoorz is accelerating its digital transformation in Indonesia by expanding its portfolio of directly managed hotels while deepening the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in operations.

After running a pilot project in 2025, RedDoorz now manages around 100 directly operated hotels and targets the addition of 100-150 properties by 2027.

The expansion will be focused on the RedDoorz, SANS, and URBANVIEW brands, with an increasingly digitized operational approach.

As the backbone of this strategy, the company launched RedPilot, an internal AI "copilot" designed to help hotel managers make data-driven decisions in real time.

This technology is designed to help simplify daily operations, improve decision-making through real-time insights, and support property partners in optimizing performance more efficiently, while marking a new chapter in technology-based hospitality management.

RedDoorz founder and CEO Amit Saberwal said that hotel management is now much more complex than a few years ago, so it requires adaptive and scalable technology support.

According to him, AI is a key factor in maintaining the consistency of service standards while increasing profitability in a property network that is geographically widespread.
